I was focused on fitting into other people’s needs, beliefs, cultural norms, and rules. I eventually realized that belonging everywhere also meant belonging nowhere.
Disconnected from my feelings, needs, and inner knowings, I was increasingly out of touch with the very things that I needed for my own strength and clarity.
I’ve been searching for what’s at the essence of being human (and what it takes for us to live in peace together without losing our individuality) for as long as I can remember.
My longing for connection, belonging, safety, and understanding led me to dive into teachings and wisdom from multiple psychological, philosophical, and spiritual texts.
Over the years, the collective knowledge drawn from multiple cultures has illuminated my path, opened my heart, reconnected me to myself and others, and given me a deep sense of purpose and meaning.
