Being a leader is a state of mind and a way of being. It’s not about your “official” position in the world.

Leadership is about taking responsibility for the influence you have on others, whoever they are, whether your family, partners, staff, or the audience you want to serve. It’s about living into your deep desire to contribute to the well-being of others.

I offer training in leadership development for all facets of life, from the home to the workplace.
