My Approach to Therapy

The source of our suffering often lies beneath our awareness, and therapy is designed to help us uncover the patterns that hold us back from being our most authentic selves and from leading the lives we deeply desire.

As resilient children, we developed adaptive coping patterns that helped us when we were young, but as we grow up, these same strategies no longer serve us. Many of these strategies have become so ingrained and habitual that we mistake them for simply being “who we are.”

But they’re not who we are.

We can transform the thought structures, memories, and core beliefs that may be blocking your progress through working together to get you more fully connected to your wise inner authority as well as your feelings, needs, and motivations. Relaxing into and shifting old patterns, you’ll begin to integrate change in a deeply felt, experienced way.
